Tentamus Group Italy is proud to announce the launch of TentaConsult Italia, a new consulting company created through the merger of Pegaso Management Srl and Isemed Srl. Both companies were already part of the Tentamus Group and are widely recognized for their expertise in organizational consulting, sustainability, innovation, regulatory compliance, and medical devices.

This strategic merger marks another important milestone in the growth and integration of the Tentamus Group in Italy. Its objective is to strengthen the Group's portfolio of high-value consulting services while offering businesses a single, trusted partner capable of supporting them in addressing challenges related to business development, regulatory compliance, and the enhancement of products, processes, and organizations.

Our goal is to give greater strength, identity, and visibility to the expertise already existing within our Group. The merger of Pegaso Management and Isemed enables us to create a highly specialized consulting hub that can support both Italian and international companies with an integrated, technical, and value-driven approach. This is a significant step forward, as it brings together complementary expertise and strengthens our ability to support clients not only through analytical services, but also in regulatory compliance, sustainability, innovation, and market access.
